As you’re probably well aware, there’s a plethora of strawberry dessert flavours on the market. Especially during the early days of our growing industry, it would have been a popular ‘jump on the bandwagon’ type of flavour. Get it right and they can be a fan favourite, get it wrong and you’re left disappointed and out of pocket. I digress..

Hardware used in today’s review:

  • Mod – Wismec Reuleaux RX200s
  • Atomizer – Recoil RDA
  • Build – 0.35Ω dual fused clapton, running at 100W

Before I get into the taste test, I’ll take a quick whiff. Immediately I was greeted with the familiar scent of strawberry. In this case, it smells more like a synthetic strawberry. Almost like strawberry laces, or as the description suggests, strawberry sauce. Shortly after, I was welcomed with a soft, sweet, fresh creamy smell.

The Inhale – The initial part of my inhale was met with a very rich whipped cream and then a subtle hint of sweetness from the strawberry.

The Exhale – This is where the sweet strawberry starts to emerge. As I exhaled fully, I then tasted the sweet strawberry sauce, similar to what you would find in a pavlova dessert. As I closed my mouth, the sweetness of the strawberry can be tasted lingering on the tongue.

Would I buy this product? Absolutely, but not as an all-day vape. They’ve kept it simple and haven’t over-complicated the liquid with an excess of different flavour concentrates. However, if I was to change one thing, it would be the richness of the cream. In my opinion, Pavlovin would be perfect if the cream notes were slightly less rich. The cream flavour can become a little overpowering, so I would struggle to use this as an all-day vape. That being said, it’s still delicious.
