Pink Lemonade by Big Bottle Co.

It’s time for another juice review here at the Belfast Vape Bar and these guys have held nothing back! U.S based blenders Big Bottle Co. were kind enough to send us a rather substantial package to review for you guys.

Big Bottle is exactly what you get! With all the new high wattage sub-ohm tanks and thirsty RDAs on the market now, the price of juice can start adding up quite quickly. The folks at Big Bottle Co. have taken a very modest approach with their business model “So what’s our secret to being so affordable? It’s easy – we make a little less money. We’re happy to run a sustainable business without gouging you, our customers.” All of the flavours are dispatched in 120ml glass bottles with an extra long dripper so you can get out every last drop!

First, we will be reviewing Pink Lemonade from Big Bottle Co’s new Lemonade Stand range which they describe as ” Pink Lemonade: a fruity, tart glass of Pink Lemonade mixed with berries and freshly squeezed lemon that will make you book your next beach getaway”

Pink Lemonade is a staple flavour within the world of vaping and has been used by many different juice companies. This is also a flavour we have dabbled in mixing ourselves which makes it rather easy for our reviewers to pick out the individual concentrates that make up this popular flavour.

For this review we are using the following hardware:

  • Pharaoh Dripper Tank by Digiflavor w/ dual clapton build @ 0.24Ω
  • Atomizer wicked with Cotton Bacon V2
  • Asmodus Minikin V2 Mod

The Inhale – The most noticeable flavour with Big Bottle Co.’s Pink Lemonade is the lemon with subtle hints of the raspberry lingering close behind.

The Exhale – This is where the true and bold flavours reveal themselves. Hints of what almost tastes like tangerine… The lemonade and strawberry taking centre stage to make an all-round enjoyable vape. The flavour intensity with Pink Lemonade isn’t the strongest but the flavours themselves are what you should expect from a pink lemonade flavoured juice.

Would we buy this product? For the price, this is worth the purchase. In this age of high wattage atomizers, juice is being vaped at a much quicker pace. The Big Bottle Co. cater for the all day avid vaper!

US-based blenders Flashbang Vape were kind enough to send us one of their rather uniquely presented juices for the purpose of review. Flashbang Vape originally hit the market with their own brand of tequila but has since moved into the e-liquid market. They also support US military veterans and donate to several charities from their profits.

Today we will be reviewing OPERATION APPLE DROP which the blenders describe as “The first of a mix of flavors in our Flashbang Vape line. If you love an all day vape Operation Apple Drop is the one for you.”

Enjoy fresh sliced green apples dipped in delicious creamy oatmeal. Pairs perfectly with your morning coffee.

For this review we will be using the following hardware:

  • Goon RDA w/ 0.46Ω dual coil build
  • RDA wicked with Cotton Bacon
  • Lost Vape Therion DNA 75 mod

Let’s jump straight to the presentation, as it is truly unique for an e-liquid to be presented in such a manor! An M84 replica with a pump-style dispenser inside! A fantastic concept which really makes this product stand out from the crowd. When you’re hanging out with friends or at a vape meet and this bottle comes out of your backpack, it will definitely turn some heads.

Juice Specs:

  • Available in 120ml bottles
  • 78/22 Max VG Ratio
  • Ships in 0, 3 and 6mg nicotine strengths

The M84 Dispenser is filled up and reporting in for duty! Before we move forward with the flavour test, let’s take a little sniff from the bottle. The apple-like aroma is the foremost scent so far, not like a fresh apple but more of a sweet apple syrup.

The Inhale – This is a first for us here at the Belfast Vape Bar, a creamy oat-like flavour. Subtle notes of the apple are present but the porridge is the dominant flavour on the inhale.

The Exhale – The apple now takes center stage with the same creamy oat flavour lying in wait. These two flavours blend together surprisingly well with OPERATION APPLE DROP. We were expecting a more bland/chemical tasting vape but were pleasantly surprised.

Would I buy this product? It’s a yes! Once you get past the novelty presentation, there is a high-quality vape lying in wait, this juice is perfect with a coffee and isn’t overpowering. We just need to wait on some UK based suppliers!

KEVS JAM by Mech Addiction

Hello and welcome to another liquid review from the Belfast Vape Bar. Today I will be reviewing a liquid called KEVS JAM made by the guys over at Mech Addiction. This is a take on the popular strawberry jam. It comes in 0mg, 2.5mg, and 6mg in a 70/30 VG/PG ratio in a 100ml bottle with a crazy-cheap price of £10!

Yes, you read that right – 100ml for £10 – and when I received this liquid, my thoughts were, “£10, surely that’s a mistake… surely it can’t be good at that price?” But it wouldn’t be the first time the guys here at Belfast Vape Bar have found a hidden gem!

So let’s get straight to it. For this review, I will be using the following:

The ingredients and warnings are nicely spaced out and easy to read. The bottle has a very well designed label from Vape Labels, along with a quality nozzle that dispenses the liquid nicely.

Opening the lid and taking an initial smell, I was greeted with a very authentic strawberry jam scent. This is spot on in terms of being realistic in smell.

Let’s get this dripped onto some fresh cotton and see how it vapes.

The Inhale – On the inhale, there is a very candy-strawberry taste – almost like a strawberry lollipop. The flavour is just the right amount of sweet and not riddled with sugar sweetener.

The Exhale – The exhale is a bit more mature than the inhale, there is a very pungent fresh strawberry taste (that has me astonished that this liquid has got it right). The fresh jam gets my taste buds reminiscing about the days off making jam buns in my family bakery when I would take a sneaky lick of jam from the spoon. This is what jam liquid should taste like – there is no chemical taste or too much sugar. This will not get sickly while vaping and would make for a nice all day vape.

Would I buy this liquid again?

Since receiving this bottle and vaping approx. 50ml – and having already ordered another bottle – I can see this being one of my all day vapes. The accuracy of the flavour and value of this product is a no-brainer. Mech addiction has turned out to be a hidden gem and I will look forward to trying other liquids in the range.

Slushizz by Nom Nomz

The Drip Art Range is a new line from Northern Ireland-based blenders Nom Nomz Premium Vape Juice. We have reviewed a number of their products in the past and they scored rather highly with our review staff. (Click here to see our Nom Nomz line reviews)

This new line currently consists of two flavours, ‘Pavlovin’ and ‘Slushizz’ – the latter of which we are reviewing today.

The blenders describe ‘Slushizz’ as, “A sweet and sour blue raspberry slush, perfect for those hot days on the beach.”

Juice Details:

  • 60ml bottle
  • Available in 3mg nicotine strength
  • 70/30 VG High ratio
  • £18 a bottle (at time of review)

Slush-like flavours are a staple flavour in the vaping community and there are too many variations to name on the market. They provide a refreshing vape and contain almost sinus-opening qualities – not to mention being a rather convenient tool against the dreaded ‘vaper’s tongue’.

Hardware used for this review:

  • Efusion DNA 200 Mod
  • Mason Advocate 27mm RDA w/0.21Ω dual build
  • RDA wicked with Cotton Bacon

Before we start the taste test, let’s take a little sniff from the bottle and see if anything is given away. Straight away, the sourness mentioned in the blender’s description is the most noticeable aroma with raspberry notes following close behind.

The Inhale – We were greeted with a rather cool, refreshing blast of raspberry with ‘Slushizz’. The flavour here reminds me of sour sweets that I used to love as a kid.

The Exhale – The same tasty raspberry has emerged from the exhale, but of course, much more intense! I can almost feel my airways just opening right up. If you ever find yourself suffering from the dreaded ‘Vaper’s Tongue’, it would well be worth picking up a bottle! Raspberry sour sweets would be one way to describe this product.

Would I buy this product?

As a long time fan of the slush-flavoured vapes, it’s definitely a yes from us here at the Belfast Vape Bar. Bonus points must be given as it also fits the profile for an all day vape. This juice, as well as the new ‘Pavlovin’, are both available from Titanic Vapour (click image below) and from the Nom Nomz website.

Limone Dolce by Vape Riches

Limone Dolce from the Italian meaning ‘Sweet Lemon’ is the first of the Vape Riches line to be reviewed here at the Belfast Vape Bar. The blenders describe this juice as “A layer of whipped cream on top of another layer that has been infused with Almalfi Coast Lemons. All on a thin Genoise cake base. Very light, citrus and creamy”

Sounds like a lemon meringue pie, a rather complex blends of flavour. Let’s see if it vapes as good as it sounds!

The Vape Riches line are available in 60ml bottles with 30ml unicorn bottle direct from their site and in 3mg nicotine strength.

For this review we are using the following hardware:

  • Efusion DNA 200 mod
  • Mason Advocate 27mm RDA
  • Dual clapton build by East Side Custom Coils @ 0.15Ω
  • RDA wicked with Cotton Bacon

The Inhale – A rich sponge vake-like inhale with subtle notes of the lemon are present with the inhale of ‘Limone Dolce’. Being a 70/30 VG high mix, this juice is ideal for use in an RDA or with a subohm tank atomizer.

The Exhale – The lemon has a much higher presence than with the inhale. The mod has been cranked up to 145w to see if the biscuit base is as flavourful as the inhale… The cake-like notes are on par with the lemon. The two flavours blend rather well to make for what appears to make an almost dessert/after dinner vape. It’s a shame we only had 10ml of this juice to try out, a 60ml might be on the cards in the near future as this juice although an acquired taste does have a lot to offer.

Would I buy this product?

I’m going to say yes, ‘Limone Dolce’ is a very pleasant vape (not an all day vape). As we mentioned before, it’s a shame we only had 10ml to play with! This juice can be purchased via the link below.

Dolce and Guava by Okami

Today we have yet another liquid from the Ōkvmi group up for review called Dolce & Guava so here goes, enjoy.
Ōkvmi (Pronounced okami) was founded in 2013 in Las Vegas Nevada, USA as a lifestyle brand and also a boutique, graphic-design agency.

The hallmark sweetness of this tropical favourite satisfies the most discerning palates. Crafted from the finest natural ingredients and rendered to exacting standards.

For this review I am using the following hardware:

  • Wismec Reuleaux DNA 200
  • Doge v3 by Congrevape
  • Dual Clapton build running @ 60w

This liquid is available in 0,3,6 and 12mg of nicotine and has a VG/PG ratio of 60/40, coming in 15ml and 120ml bottles. This retails at $12 for 15ml and $60 for 120ml + postage.
Opening the bottle there was an explosion of fresh guava fruit that got my taste buds eager to give it a whirl – so no time wasted, dripped onto my fresh cotton and here we go.

The Inhale – on the inhale it is quite a nice, soft flavour of mango that is refreshing and not too pungent on the tongue. Already at this point, Dolce and Guava is shaping up to be a very nice addition in this line of liquids by Ōkvmi.

The Exhale – on the exhale… wow. The mix of ripe guava and mango leave a very nice tropical aftertaste that will not disappoint. The guava is the more dominant of the two direct flavours, and this give a nice tanginess to the blend that wakens the taste buds nicely and make this a very enjoyable, all day vape.

As said in the previous review on this line, the liquid being a 60/40 blend is clearly tailored towards the flavour chaser in all of us. In saying that, the clouds are nothing to turn your noise up at as it still gives off a nice thick vapour.

Would I buy this again?

Yes, I would buy this again. The medley of guava and melon turns out to be a very nice flavour that satisfies the taste buds and makes for a very well-rounded liquid that will not disappoint.

LIT Mango by Okami

Welcome back to yet another line from the Ōkvmi line – called Lit. This line consists of 2 flavours, Melon and Mango, which will be reviewed separately.
Ōkvmi (Pronounced okami) was founded in 2013 in Las Vegas Nevada, USA as a lifestyle brand and also a boutique, graphic-design agency.

“The Imaginative Result of Combining Two Unique Southeast Asian Fruits to Create a One of a Kind Apex Flavour Experience.” The Lit range is available in 0,3,6 and 12mg nicotine with a VG/PG ratio of 70/30. This liquid will cost $22.00 + postage.

For this review I am using the following hardware:

  • Wismec Reuleaux DNA 200
  • Doge v3 by Congrevape
  • DWual Clapton build running at 60w

The packaging for this product has plenty of detail and is definitely eye-catching. The ingredients and warnings are nicely spaced out and easy to read. The bottle has a very nice look to it with a bright, colourful label – along with a quality dripper that holds the juice very well.

Upon opening the bottle there was a very nice, honey dew smell with underlying notes of melon. This definitely smells like it could be a winner! Now time to get this dripped on to my fresh cotton and get vaping.

The Inhale – There is a subtle aroma of honeydew resulting in a crisp, refreshing inhale that will leave you wanting more.

The Exhale – The exhale is very creamy, with an almost milky honeydew flavour and a very light condensed milk taste. There is a juicy honeydew aftertaste which I really enjoyed. The mouth-watering, fresh melon will give you a nice surprise as it explodes during the exhale, making for a very enjoyable vape.

Would I buy this product again? Yes, I would buy this again. I enjoyed this liquid as it had a very clean melon flavour while still nicely capturing the creaminess of the overall vape.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie by Bon Appetit Vapours

Hello and welcome to another liquid review from the Belfast Vape Bar. Today I will be reviewing, Bon Appetit Vapour’s ‘Strawberry Banana Smoothie’.

This liquid comes from a line that consists of 6 liquids which have been given to us for review.

“Mouth-watering and delicious. If you love strawberries and bananas, you will be delighted with this refreshing smoothie.”

This liquid has a VG/PG ration of 60/40 and comes in 3,6,12 and 18mg nicotine. This is available in 15, 30 and 120ml bottles costing $10, $15.99 and $55 + postage at time of review from

For this review I am using the following:

  • Wismec DNA 200
  • Cthulhu Shuriken
  • With a dual alien wire build running at 65w

When I opened this up, I was greeted with a pleasant note of fresh strawberry and a very subtle smell of banana. I was slightly disappointed at the muted banana scent as it is one of my favourite vapes. The liquid comes in your standard glass dropper bottle with a nicely designed label and a playful illustration of a chef which I think looks great. All the information is nicely laid out.

Dripping this liquid on my freshly built Shuriken, I am hoping the banana comes alive.

The Inhale – on the inhale I was disappointed with the lack of overall flavour – there is a subtle taste of a more candy strawberry with a slight bitterness to it.

The Exhale – on the exhale I was relieved by the very well-rounded flavour of strawberry that left the taste of a nice thick shake at the back of my throat. Unfortunately, I am still only getting very small amounts of banana in this mix. In saying that, I do quite enjoy the strawberry I am getting on the exhale and find myself wanting to keep vaping.

Being a 60/40 blend, the cloud production is not great with this liquid as this mix was intended for the flavour enthusiast more than cloud chasers.

Would I buy this again?

I’m going to have to say no on this one – I do enjoy the strawberry flavour of this liquid but was let down by the faint banana flavour to this liquid. However, if you’re not just as keen on banana as I am, then you will want to give this a shot.

Hellraiser by Vintage E-Liquids

Manufacturer’s Description: “Ablaze in fiery red, sweet ripened strawberries nestle on top of a sinfully delectable shortcake

Statistics: “The Hellraiser” by Vintage E-Liquids. Available in 0mg, 1.5mg, 3mg, 6mg, 12mg, and 18mg strengths. Available in 15ml bottles and 35ml bottles at 20%PG/80%VG

Vaping statistics: 0mg strength. Vaped on a Smok X-Cube Mini with the Petri V2 RDA equipped with dual coils measuring at 0.35Ω

Now, before I even commence this review, I have to make two points clear: first, Vintage was the first line of liquid I ever tasted when I initially started vaping so I do have a positive bias towards Vintage’s e-liquids and secondly, I have to commend Vintage on the design of their e-liquid bottles – especially the ability to maintain the novelty, Zippo-style design and implement child proofing in their design.

Popping the top off these liquids is a little cumbersome, to begin with, but soon becomes second nature. In order to open, you press against the cap above the hinge then raise the top – as instructions on the rear of the bottle detail. Once I had popped the top off the bottle, I was greeted with a warm – almost rustic – biscuit scent. There was a slight oat-ness to the scent before it greeted me with a juicy, almost tart, strawberry scent.  Giving the bottle a slight squeeze brings out a burst of the juicy, inviting strawberry aroma.  This particular flavour certainly sets itself up very well.

The first few drops were simply decadent.  Initially greeting me with a burst of fresh, almost tart strawberries, and a delightfully earthy, cookie base. Each puff was inviting and incredibly morish.  At lower wattages, the juiciness of the strawberries really shines through, while at higher wattages, the biscuit base of the cheesecake rises to prominence.  On the exhale, I was greeted with a delightful smoothness and the sweet flavour from the cream cheese of the cheesecake.

When sitting with this particular liquid for a while, the flavour continues to remain pleasant and fails to disappoint. The flavours hang in the vapour in the air perfectly. Not only are they extremely pleasant, but they are simply a delight to sample.  The clouds off this liquid are also impressive; thick, white, fluffy plumes of vapour thanks to the 20%PG/80%VG base.

Overall, this liquid certainly hasn’t disappointed and when it comes to recommending this, I can wholeheartedly suggest this to anyone seeking a fruity, biscuit liquid.

Wild Berries by FRSTD

Time for another juice review at the Belfast Vape Bar. The folks at Republic of Vape sent us a care package of goodies – including the FRSTD line – for us to review.

“Experience your favourite Wild Berry toaster pastry with FRSTD. Taste everything from the triple berry filling, to the golden crust exterior, to the neon blue and purple icing on top!”

For this review I am using the following hardware:

  • Wismec Reuleaux DNA 200
  • Doge v3 by Congrevape
  • With a dual Clapton build running at 60w

The aesthetics of the bottle is certainly pleasing, with the frosted glass dropper bottle and a very well printed label to match. The label is laid out well with all the relevant information nicely spaced and easy to read.

Opening the bottle, I was greeted with a very nice medley of berries that instantly made me very excited to drip this on my fresh cotton and give it a whirl.
This liquid is available in a 30ml bottle with 0,3 and 6mg nicotine strengths. It has a VG/PG ratio of 60/40 and retails at $21.99 + postage.

The Inhale – on the inhale, I was surprised to actually be able to identify different types of berries – which was a surprise, as it’s usually quite hard to identify these flavours in a berry mix.

The Exhale – on the exhale, I was pleasantly hit with the full, in-your-face flavour of the Pop Tart replicated liquid. While vaping this, the flavour of the liquid just got better and more intense as the bottle got more and more empty. This liquid, being a 60/40 blend, leaves plenty of room to intensify the flavours – which is fantastic. Despite the 60/40 blend, the vapour production is surprisingly thick. When you finish the bottle, this liquid will leave you wanting more.

Would I buy this liquid again?

Absolutely. This liquid tastes a lot like the wild berry pop tart – it has the mixed berries and the excellent biscuit taste. I am pleased with the flavour – but I am even more impressed with the smoothness of this liquid and the cloud production. I will be visiting Republic of Vape for more.
