“Cornbread” by Craft Vapery

Another review by Shinx here! This time we are reviewing another liquid by Craft Vapery called “Cornbread” Another one of Craft Vapery’s liquids was reviewed on the site by Foxy and that one was called “It’s Toast“, Now that got a positive review so how does good old Cornbread hold up?

Here’s the description of this juice by Craft Vapery themselves.

Classic, quintessential, and wholesome, this is a good ol’ fashioned, freshly baked cornbread topped with rich honey butter and injected with a dose of the American Dream.
Picture picnic tables, bonfires, and Fourth of July fireworks bursting across the summer sky: this is the good life, plain and simple.

First of all can I say I love the design of this bottle!!! I’ve never seen anything like it yet. Very colourful and the colour on the bottle does match the colour of the liquid which may be a coincidence!

It is stated on the side of the bottle that it is “Crafted With Love In Los Angeles, CA”, also the website which is www.craftvapery.com

All safety information and warnings is given and for example the VG/PG ratio of this juice is 60/40 and the MG strength is 3MG. Looks like we are going to get full on flavour with this one!

For this liquid I’m using the below setup.

Mod: Castigador Dual 18650 Parallel Mech Mod
RDA: Troll RDA by Wotofo. Dual Clapton build coming out at 0.3 ohms.

So lets get into it and open the bottle!!

Oh yummy yummy, it smells like honey! This bombards you with the sweetest most authentic honey smell I have ever had the pleasure to smell! Hints of butter are present also.

Excited I Juiced it up, now lets vape it and see how it tastes!

The inhale I am greeted by a strong cornbread taste with note of spices in there. The spices throw me off a bit and I can’t detect what they are. For me this ruins the initial inhale, I do have confidence in this liquid though so lets see how the exhale fairs out?

On the exhale is when this juice really comes to life and really shows you what it has to offer! The initial inhale of the spicy cornbread is very smoothly mixed together with a sweet but not too sickly honey taste and while holding the vapour in my mouth and exhaling through the nose the aspect of butter is thrown into the mix and is truly delightful!!

Cloud production with this juice is another positive from me! Plenty of dense clouds from my Troll RDA.

Not a bad juice at all! But would I buy this juice when this review bottle is finished?
Yes as a matter of fact I would! I love what Craft Vapery has done with this liquid by creating a unique mix which i haven’t seen anyone else do on the market yet and while I wasn’t quite excited at the aspect of the flavour when I first heard it, I have to say I am pleasantly surprised!!!

Whats the final scores then?

“Cereal Milk” by Kilo e-liquid

Welcome back to another E-juice review by Foxy.

In this review we will look at Cereal Milk from US juice manufacturer Kilo.

As you will know by my past reviews of the range, I am a huge lover of Kilo, their Kiberry Yoghurt was to die for and is going to be a tough cookie to crunch!
Kilo have been s big name within the vaping industry for some time now and Cereal Milk is probably their most popular flavour over here in Northern Ireland. Typically when I shop online for my juice I find it rather hard to get my hands on Cereal Milk due to being sold out.

As with all the Kilo range the bottle presentation comes across rather well with the Kilo logo standing proudly at the centre of the label. Both sides of the bottle contain the correct warning symbols for UK sale and also feature a unique batch number for QC purposes.

On opening the bottle I am greeted with the smell of what I can only describe as mixed berries with a hint of what the name states…. Cereal.

For this review I will be using the IPV Mini 2 set to 60W running the Alliance RDA in dual coil mode with a 0.5Ohm build.
On the inhale I get the most perfect fresh fruit taste which is actually impossible to break down into a specific fruit combination. As I hold the vapour in the cereal flavouring really starts to make an appearance from the bottom of my lungs to the top of my nose. The flavour is actually similar to that of Toast and raspberry jam I guess.

On the exhale the cereal flavour starts to come from the bottom of my lungs and hits the top of the nose almost like I have just opened the bottle and had a sniff again. At the very end of my exhale I am greeted with a subtle hint of raspberry which I did not expect. It is for this reason that I am a Cereal Milk lover. Every single bottle tastes a little bit different on the exhale which is why I buy so much of it. I love the mysterious taste at the end.

Flavour: 10/10
Cloud production: 8/10
Presentation: 8/10

So would I buy this juice again once my review sample is finished?? Hell yeah! I typically vape around 150mls of Cereal milk a month anyhow so as you can imagine I certainly wouldn’t stop now lol. The only thing I would have loved to see is bigger bottles and maybe a little cream added into the mix to really round it all off as a package.

“Origins” by Blaq E-Liquids

Welcome back to another E-Juice review by Foxy.

In this review we will be looking at “Origins” by Blaq E-Liquids USA.

I first came across Blaq juice on Facebook when I saw their rather unique,  mystical logo and bottle designs. They were nice enough to choose the Belfast Vape Bar to represent them here in Northern Ireland.

For this review I will be using the Sigelei 150W TC mod with the Turbo RDA running a dual coil build at 0.35Ω with airflow fully opened and wattage set to 66.6w.

On opening the bottle I am greeted with a delicious and mouth-watering smell of fresh strawberries and a slight hint of something that could be cereal? I have just re-wicked my coil and juiced it up… so whilst this juice soaks in I am going to go make a coffee to go with this review.

I’ve got my coffee poured and wick soaked in Origins juice so now it’s time to get down and dirty with this mystical bottle of deliciousness. On the inhale my suspicions are positively confirmed and I am instantly smacked in the face with one of the most delicious strawberry flavours I have had the pleasure of vaping in a US juice line. Strawberry has to be one of my ultimate fruits both to vape and eat too. As I hold the vapour in I start to notice a mild hint of cereal coming through which is actually Gram cracker.

On the exhale the gram cracker flavour starts to really develop and almost makes the entire juice flavouring switch into reverse where the Gram cracker becomes the predominant flavour with a mild strawberry undertone.

On any vape I look forward to a good aftertaste to really round everything off and with the American juices the consumer is always guaranteed a good aftertaste and once again I am not disappointed with the Blaq juice as to my surprise there is a fantastic strawberry and cream aftertaste which starts off rather mellow and suddenly becomes an explosion of delightfulness!

Flavour: 9/10
Cloud production: 7/10
Presentation: 9/10

So now I have reached the end of this review Its time for me to ask myself if I would buy more of this juice once my review sample is finished. The answer has to be a positive yes to this one. I love the complexity of the flavour especially with there being so many layers of flavour for both the inhale, exhale and aftertaste.

“Venus” by Space Jam

Welcome back to another E-Juice review by Foxy.

In this review we will be looking at “Venus” by Space Jam USA.

This is my first Space Jam liquid review that I have had the pleasure of tasting and I have to say that I am not disappointed at all.
I picked this juice up from Vape Hunter (www.vapehunter.co.uk) here in Belfast for just £10 for a 15ml bottle which all in all is a very competitive price for a USA liquid here in not so sunny Northern Ireland
The Space Jam brand is one of the big boys in the industry which in my own opinion are only towered over by one other US brand which use slightly more VG in their juice range.

For this review I will be using the Sigelei Elite 2 tank on the IPV4-S mod in temperature mode with a 0.15Ω Ni-200 coil set to 20J and 420 degrees. The reason I am using this juice in a tank is purely for the PG/VG ratio of 50/50 which would work better in a tank with a high temperature to replicate using a dripper.

The label on the bottle oozes Space Jam from top to bottom with their signature out of this world design, you can probably tell by now that Venus is named after the planet Venus in our solar system just like the rest of their lines they all have a story behind the name.

On opening the bottle I was greeted with a rather strong smell of peanuts…… Which in my opinion should have a warning symbol for persons suffering from a nut allergy.

On the inhale I am getting a perfect mixture of marshmallow that tastes like I have just roasted it over an open fire mixed with a subtle hint of peanut butter which really starts to make an impact the longer I hold it in.

On the exhale I get a delicious taste of caramel with maybe a hint of Nutmeg? After my vaping experience is over there is a lovely lingering aftertaste of the initial toasted marshmallow which tends to become more flavourful as the seconds pass.

Flavour: 9/10
Cloud production: 5/10
Presentation: 7/10

So would I buy this juice once my sample bottle is finished? Yes, Space Jam are one of the biggest and most trusted US juice manufacturers known within the industry and with that in mind they spend big bucks to provide us with a great vaping experience.

“Boss Reserve” by Cuttwood

Welcome back to another E-Juice review by Foxy.

In this review we will be having a vape on “Boss Reserve” by Cuttwood.

I’ve been itching to get my (not so little) mitts on some Boss’s Reserve for god knows how long and this week I have been blessed to actually get a whole bottle all to myself!

Boss Reserve is one of the flavours that really defines Cuttwood and is a perfect representation of the overall brand. Cuttwood do a multitude of flavours from savoury and sweet flavours to zesty fruit combinations that all hit the spot as an all-day vape or a perfect morning coffee vape which I personally prefer.

For this review I will be using the iStick 100W, the Troll RDA with a dual coil 0.26Ω build set to 70-90W.

On opening the bottle of Boss Reserve I am instantly hit with the most delicious and sweet smelling scent imaginable, it is somewhat reminiscent of hot sticky toffee sauce that could be got for dessert after a full roast meal.

The label really has to be one of my favourites reminding me of a famous Sour Mash from the United States too. If I’m honest this is what attracted me to Cuttwood in the first place.

On vaping the juice I get an instant intense hit of pure honey with a tiny hint of maybe brown sugar on the pallet. The honey flavouring really makes my teeth dance whilst I absorb every last drop through the lining of my lungs. On the exhale I am pleasantly surprised to get the exact same intensity of flavour from the back of my nose and again on the top of my tongue.

With such a pleasing result all round, I feel duty bound to try and find fault with this potion of pure pleasurable perfection! So I crank my wattage up to 90w and open my airflow right up as wide as I can get it. Strangely I am feeling a little excited for my next puff.

I take a great big hoof straight down to the tips of my toes and hold it there for a good 5 seconds before releasing and letting the vapour pour out my snout….. Yet again I am greeted with the exact same flavour as before! Can I find a fault with this juice at all?

The after taste is just utterly impossible to describe without adding some tinsel to this review. The dark honey flavour lingers for a good while and actually seems to get a slight oak smoked tint which I don’t think is actually the way the juice was designed to taste like? None the less it is absolute heaven in a bottle!

As far as an all-day vape goes, Boss Reserve really ticks all the boxes for me. I love dark and sweet flavours; flavours that linger after vaping and flavours that aren’t too acidic/artificial in taste.

Flavour: 10/10

Vapour Production: 8/10

Presentation: 10/10

Quality: 10/10

The only thing I have to mark this juice down on is the ratio for PG/VG. I wish it was 100% VG and it would have been a full house for Cuttwood without a second doubt!

Will I buy more once this bottle is done? A-B-S-O-L-U-T-E-L-Y it’s bottled gold!

“Cpt. Crusty” by Boardwalk

Welcome back to another juice review by Foxy.

In this review we will be looking at “Cpt.Crusty” created by US Company Boardwalk.

Before I go any further I will say that the bottle is aesthetically pleasing. The label has a smooth “Satin” finish with high quality laser printing on all the samples received.

On opening the bottle I am instantly greeted with a light smell of banana and a perfect balance of a sweet yet delicate scent of honey?

For this review I will be using the Turbo RDA with a dual coil 0.28Ω build set to 70W on the IPV4 MK1.

On the inhale I am absolutely delighted to get a perfect taste of fresh honey with a hint of cinnamon…. I’m not a fan to say the least of cinnamon but in this juice it feels like Christmas came early during a hot summer’s day.
More often than not my all day vape would be a cereal type flavour as this enables me to get long and deep lung full without getting a sickening taste…. Cpt. Crusty also gives me my cereal dose for the day too lol.

Boardwalk liquids appear to be one of those secretly unheard of juices that could easily be mistaken to be the 8th wonder of the world. As you can tell by my previous reviews I am very hard to please when it comes to getting the perfect high quality e-juice for my all day vaping. It’s a shame that Boardwalk are such an unknown juice company here in Northern Ireland as I personally could easily switch from my usual manufacturer to Boardwalk within a heartbeat!

The mixture ratio is 70/30 VG/PG which is fairly typical of US juice brands but this isn’t something of an issue to me as I love high VG juices regardless of what hardware I am using.

Back onto the presentation of the liquid, as mentioned above the liquid bottle has a high quality satin effect label and it is crammed with information and warnings. I understand they this isn’t necessarily everyone’s cup of tea but for me personally as a vaper and as a reviewer I find it to be the icing on the cake.

The bottle gives information on the content contained inside in both ML and FL OZ for American customers. You will also see on the side of the bottle a coded batch number for their own internal records rather than just random numbers on the bottles most manufacturers use. Again, I think this is strictly an American trend as most UK juices either have random numbers as a batch number or in all other cases no batch numbers/codes. This gives me a little more piece of mind as it means the juice you are vaping can be traced back to source with ease and also helps with any customer issues like lack of flavour or similar.

Flavour: 10/10
Vapour Production: 7/10
Presentation 10/10
Overall Quality: 10/10

So as you can see this juice scores what is in my opinion the highest marks I have given so far. It is a perfect juice for all day vaping if you like a sweet, spicy, smooth cereal vapes without being too overpowering. The 7/10 for clouds is down to the 70/30 mix and nothing more.

Would I buy this liquid again? Yes I sure would…. It is almost identical to another big US juice brand with an almost double price tag so for me personally it’s a goal!

“Crunch” by Tuxedo Vapes

Tuxedo Vapes – a British company – create premium quality e-liquids at affordable prices. According to their About Us section of their website, the staff are ex-smokers and found that a lot of premium e-liquids are much too expensive and so they decided to make their own high quality products and sell for others to enjoy.

This is definitely a solid motive and business model that I can get behind.

Blenders Description:

Crunch is a sweet delicious cereal milk with a hint of berries and crunchy cereal. It is packed with delicious juicy berries on the inhale and sweet cereal milk on the exhale. A different way to enjoy your breakfast on the go – the best way to start your day! It is sure to remind you of your favourite breakfast cereal.

Flavour Profile: Milk + Fruit + Cereal

For this review we will be using the following hardware:

  • Smok X Cube II mod between 60+75w
  • Aspire Triton atomizer w/0.3Ω coil
  • Wotofo Atty³ RDA w/0.2Ω dual coils

With the lid off, the aroma of berries is the first thing you notice. With this glorious smell enticing me, it was definitely time to fill a tank, get some fresh coils on the Atty³ and go into the depths of this liquid.

We have “Crunch” in the Triton tank from Aspire with the 0.3Ω coil fitted so we can get the wattage cranked up nice and high. At 70w we have a nice, warm lung pull with initial notes of cereal. The exhale is where Crunch really jumps out of the bowl (pun intended).

The exhale in a tank based atomizer is really delicious, with a great blend of berries and an unmistakable cereal taste that gives rise to a nostalgic feeling that reminds us of childhood weekends that consisted of early morning cartoons.

When testing in a dripper-based atomizer I went for the Atty³ RDA from Wotofo with a 0.2Ω dual coil build wrapped with Tuxedo Vape’s own organic Japanese cotton. The inhale again offered only hints of the true flavours that are released when the exhale bursts with that impecable cereal taste that we love. There are also subtle notes of a sweet milk which always goes hand in hand with cereal flavoured liquids. Personally I would recommend using this liquid through an RDA as opposed to a tank, because the flavours are so much more intense (which is normally the case anyway) and of course, not to mention a reasonable amount of cloud.

Would I recommend this product? Yes. It falls into our All Day Vape category with ease.

“Monkey Business” by The Captain’s Reserve

Captains Reserve

Manufacturer’s Description: ” The whole crew went absolutely bananas when making this nuts concoction of creamy goodness. This well-balanced taste of smooth, creamy and rich peanut butter and banana cream is accompanied by a subtle hint of velvety chocolate which is discovered when vaping at the lower end of the ohms spectrum. A firm favourite for many when asked for their preferred all day vape.”

Monkey Business

Statistics: Monkey Business by The Captain’s Reserve., Available in 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, 12 and 18mg strengths, Available in 15ml bottle or 40ml Skull bottle, 50%PG/50%VG.

Vaping statistics: 0mg strength, vaped on a Kangertech Subtank Mini with Kanger RBA, 5 wrap Kanthal 0.55Ω coil mounted on the Kangertech Kbox mini @ 15 and 30 watts. Time to get down to some Monkey Business, opening the top of this teases you with a nutty fragrance, although it’s topped with an odd chemical-y scent.

As I begin to take my first few puffs I can’t help but notice something. It’s a very, very nutty flavour. It’s indescribably nutty, as if I had just taken a spoonful of peanut butter from a jar and just ate it. Fortunately it isn’t a synthetic taste. At higher wattages it becomes lighter but it is still nutty as anything. The banana is nowhere to be found and the chocolate was non-existent.

Towards the bottom of a tankful, the flavour doesn’t evolve or change. It tastes like peanut butter. Not much else to report, while it isn’t an unpleasant taste, it is just too rich to be enjoyed as an all day vape although as an occasional thing, I could enjoy it.
